I reserved Two Men and a Truck at the beginning of August for my August 31st move. Allison M confirmed my moves, would respond in a quick, efficient, and sincere manner, which truly contributed to how amazing my move was. I truly appreciated having Allison as my coordinator/receiver for my move because she was FANTASTIC. My reservation window was from 8am-10am and T. Hammond and R. McKinney, who my movers, were working by 8am, had a great attitude, handled my furniture/boxes with care and efficiency, and I felt their confidence in their job because we finished earlier than expected. Overall, very satisfied by the team effort from Two Men and a Truck and would definitely recommend to my friends.

The driver assigned to my move never showed up, and the office was great about communicating and even gave me a third mover without charging me. Overall, the movers were courteous, but I felt even with the third mover, it still took quite a bit of time to get everything in the truck as I already had everything packed up and just needed the bigger items wrapped or broken down. Even with one mover wrapping the bigger items, the other two didn’t bring them down and waited til the end, which I thought delayed the move a bit. Also, it took a good amount of time for them to figure out how to break the bed down. I feel that these things made the move take almost an extra 1-1.5hrs. Also, boxes I asked not be taken were and required me to make another couple trips to storage to find my boxes.

the movers were friendly and made sure my items were well protected. They didn't waist time during the move.

Two really nice, team player, strong young guys. I am an employer myself and they are exactly what I would hire and I don't think it was related to anything except being their natural selves. Could not say enough good things about them and and the company. Friendly people on the phone, no machines with a robotic voice and very responsive when they must return a call.
Have seen your trucks for the last 10 or 15 years and always said that if I had to move, that would be the company I would hire. Thanks to all!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the movers and with the office staff.

The movers arrived one hour after the scheduled arrival window. They did not have any knowledge about the move or familiarity with city regulations. The driver and mover did not seem to have any experience driving in the city streets. They had to rush through the process, did not dissemble and/or wrap the furniture, and did not pack the TV in their original box as they were told. There were scratches and damages on the furniture and TV. The building charged me fines for not conducting the move in the allocated time window.

The Team was swift and knowledgable. Moved everything safely.

My movers were great. I was moving item from a one bedroom to storage locker. The movers took additional care to use stairs for items to large for the elevator [because the service elevator was out of commission]. I would definitely use them again. Thanks two men and a truck!

The two guys who moved us showed up on time (with an offer to come even earlier) and did a great job! They were so patient and pleasant we would adopt them if we could. LOL.

My movers Mr. Epling and Mr.Makowsic were terrific . Great professional attitude and very strong and efficient! Great team !!
