The move was great! Thanks to the two gentlemen from the moving crew. They were very professional!

Everything went well and we were very pleased. Thank you.

They took 7 hours to move a half empty house with no dishes, clothes or accessories - entirely too long and then when putting in storage was haphazard without any thought soni had to get a second storage unit - these items all fir with room and now tbere was a sofa and club chair less in to 1 10x10 locker previously. This is staged furniture that moves all over - will be hard for me to use two guus again

The move was easy and efficient. Your movers were hard working and took great care.

1. My desk was broken. I still have yet to be contacted regarding this.
2. They did not move my plants despite me telling the person quoting me of my many living plants. I didn’t account for this - thus having to throw them all out.
3. The woman on the phone ASSURED me that my move wouldn’t take more than four hours. They were still at my first location after over three hours.
4. I asked if you accepted cash and was told no. Then, after many issues with payment - none of which were made clear to me - I was told to pay in cash. I paid half in cash and a friend went to the office to pay the other half (I didn’t have that amount on hand) - he was charged twice! Incredibly sneaky.

Great staff! It was raining the entire time, but everything got moved quickly!

The movers themselves were great - very friendly ,courteous and careful. However, when I scheduled the move i provided an inventory of the large furniture and mentioned that there were two stops - our current and home and a storage unit that included furniture I had already outlined in the inventory. The truck could not fit all the items in our current home, this meant we had to spend a second day moving. Moving is stressful enough as it is I did not want to have to spend a second day on this. I would not use Two Men and a Truck in the future.

I have had the opportunity of seeing Two Men and A Truck at many Special Olympic and Special Needs Skating and Hockey events. I am happy to support the efforts of our Community Companies that choose to support our friends with special needs. I was pleasantly surprised to have the excellent quality of character and professionalism that I received from the moving specialists that moved all of our belongings from one office to another. Thank you to Antwan, Lionel, Sam and Fernando for the quality, courtesy and professionalism of your team.

Our movers Louis and Anthony in Chicago were amazing. We ran into several challenges, but they were positive and upbeat no matter what issues arose. They worked incredibly hard for 12 straight hours to ensure our items were wrapped and packed carefully. They were kind, courteous, and wonderful to be around. We are halfway through our OTR move, and so far we are very pleased.
