The guys were fantastic. They had great attitudes, were funny and friendly and calm, and they intuitively knew how and where do park the truck. I expected to have to do more directing and help more than I did. We all got along very well. The office staff setting up my move were very very helpful and friendly as well!

My experience has been good every time I use Two Men and A Truck. The movers are nice young men who work hard and are pleasant to communicate with.

I had to move my sister's belongings interstate (from Chicago to Milwaukee) following her unexpected passing. The office team was very patient with me, answering my questions and explaining what I could expect for services. The individuals who performed the move, called me 30 minutes prior to arrival informing me of their expected arrival time... which they met on the minute. They shrink-wrapped everything, even pieces that I said "don't bother" to help protect the items. They handled everything with "kid gloves". I'll use Two Men and a Truck again... you have my recommendation. Thank you for making a difficult situation, easier to bear.

The movers arrived late to load the truck. The load was expected to take 4 hours. The lead mover was injured and could not work. The other two were new and inexperienced. They moved so slowly, it took twelve hours. They lost the use of the elevator at the condo building and had to carry the remaining items down five flights of stairs to the truck. The move could not be completed that day - they finished at 10:30pm. They could not deliver my items for another four days. The unload took three hours despite being direct into a storage facility. I am very dissatisfied with Two Men and a Truck and would not expect them to stay in business for long if all of their moves are like my experience.
