Office staff and booking was great and very helpful. Super easy to book and get a quote. Explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. The movers themselves were not very good. They showed up on time but were pretty care free during the move. A stack of items fell off the ramp during the unload, multiple pieces of furniture were scrapped throughout the process, and the walls of the condo common area (which is on video) were damaged causing a fine by the association. Didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry and moved at their own pace. Experience seems to be dependent on the movers themselves.

Movers were great. Saw what was to be moved and got to work immediately. Even when faced with a tight fit of the couch they worked to make sure nothing got damaged.

My movers were an excellent crew. They were on time, and great at communicating with me prior to arrival. They guys were very respectful of my items and caused no damage or harm to anything. The moving truck was clean, well lit, and the crew just made me feel like I was in good hands (especially Alex, who seemed to be in charge). Thank you to my moving crew you guys are awesome!!!

We needed some help moving some items that a family member had driven across the state. Our movers were prompt and professional. It was a lot of work but they did a great job!

I was given an arrival time between 9am-10am. The movers arrived just before noon. I had a service elevator booked for the move, so this tardiness was very stressful to me. The office staff, while kind, was not helpful with giving me an updated time. I was told that "this is the busiest moving day of the year", however I do not feel that is an acceptable excuse for tardiness when a reservation was made and confirmed. When the movers showed up, it was clear they had already completed a move, but this did not slow them down. I am thankful for their hard work as they were able to get me out of the apartment within the narrow time slot allowed by my building.

Movers who helped me out were very quick and professional. They handled my items with care and were very polite.

Overall it was a great experience! I am so happy that I was able to find you guys before my move. I was going to go with a different company, but then I came across your company when I was walking outside and saw one of the trucks. I looked it up and saw the great reviews and decided to book an appointment. There was a lot of open availability and the office staff were very nice and helpful. The two men that helped me move were also awesome.

The movers arrived early, were efficient and courteous, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire Two Men and A Truck again!
