Even though they initially scheduled us for a move they couldnandacirc;??t commit to, which forced us to split our move into two parts two days a part at the last minute, the team handled this excellently, and did everything we could have asked for to accommodate the error and make our move happen. They even held our stuff for us when our apartment mistakenly double booked on move ins and rescheduled the move in for the afternoon. Additionally, the movers were fantastic, and worked with an unparalleled sense of urgency. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Drivers called to see if they could start early. They were friendly and knew their stuff. Didn't waste any time. Nothing damaged, quickly done. I couldn't ask for more.

My move was a disaster. Rude and slow movers. It took 5 hours to pick up and deliver a small 1 bedroom apartment. I had to help move heavy boxes and also hire the cable man who was setting up my services to help because the men had taken too much time on the service elevate. I have missing furniture, scratched furniture. They left a cardboard box on the top of a gas stove in my old vacant apartment. Huge fire risk for a 300 unit OLD building. The staff in the office were rude. The manager has not returned my call to discuss all of the above.

My only issues where the truck was to small to take all my stuff in one trip and the movers were not informed I would need some things packed. All so they called at 8 in the morning to start the move early, I work nights so starting early was not a thing. If it is scheduled for a time stick to it.

Our three experiences with this company, each time in a different state, were all quite good. Reliable, courteous, prompt, careful, accurate estimates. I'd give a 4.5/5 stars for our three experiences, and a 4.9 for this last one in Chicago. Thank you!

The movers who helped me were the best, they were fast, efficient and made sure all my stuff got packed and transported safely. The movers were very nice as well.

The entire experience was excellent and I will use you folks again in the future. Cost was a little higher than I expected but the balance of that was my furniture and everything was wrapped and packed with the utmost care.

The estimator who booked by move did not correctly understand or convey the details of my move. I explained that I have a 5 piece wood (Henredon) bedroom set that needed to be padded for moving. I can only assume since this is one bedroom apartment the amount of other items was underestimated by 50%. The time for the move doubled. I expected the office to send the two movers assigned additional help. By mid-afternoon they were getting tired and rushing. It is not their fault, they were doing the best they could but, making mistakes. The bedroom set is expensive, they should not have used one of the drawers as a door stop during the move. They should have been sent more help. Also, I should not have had to waive liability on not pad wrapping items and only wrapping with plastic.

Moving team was AWESOME - they were late but came in and quickly packed up and moved me in/out. And they were extremely helpful - they deserve all the kudos!! A little disappointed with the logistics piece because it was later than expected in terms of arrival time, but the work still got done in time so Iandacirc;??m satisfied. Thanks!

The two individuals that moved all my stuff were excellent and did a very good job in a timely manner. Itandacirc;??s workers like these that will have me coming back to two men and a truck.
