Everything was great until they couldn’t figure out how to move my couch out of my old place. That added two plus hours of costs onto my move.

I had the team of Jose and Marcus, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They took care of business, efficiently and rather quick. During the move, the office had called me to check-in and I told them how great everything was going. I recommended these guys get a raise. Thank you again Jose and Marcus for your hard work.

Everything went great with the movers, the only problem I had was that they originally showed up at 8am when I was at work when I scheduled it for 2pm-4pm and then they didn’t even come back until 5pm. Other than that the service was great, all my stuff is in great condition and they did give me a third person no extra charge for compensation of being late.

The two guys that handled my move were nice. One not too experienced. They waisted too much time wrapping everything with shrink wrap. They wrapped up by Box spring for my bed like it was going too be shipped overseas while my antique wooden hall tables legs got wrapped while the top stayed unprotected. They also waisted time going to the truck empty handed while they could have picked up something on the way. They also put a 3 foot scratch on my hardwood floor in the bedroom and didn't even bring it to my attention. I had to point it out to them and it was CLEARLY visible from 5 feet away. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Also, neither one had carrying straps to move the larger pieces of furniture. They also had only one 4 wheel moving cart.

My movers were professional, took every care to make sure my furniture was protected. Took apart the furniture that needed to be taken apart and then put it all back together in the new apartment, which I wasn't expecting so that was a nice suprise! the men were friendly and funny and all in all it was a great experience (if not a litte more expensive than I would have liked)

Scheduled for 1100-1130, I called them at roughly 1230, company never called to say they would be late. They apologized and said another truck would be rerouted, and it wouldn't be long. The driver and truck then called , and said they would be late. For the initial move, it seemed to go alright, it seemed like they took quite sometime longer than estimated to get to my new place. While you cant control the weather, it happened to pick this time to start raining. My stuff getting wet, can be directly correlated to their late arrival, and "slow" drive over. After the move, inspection noted damage to door frame and furniture scratches. I would have more of the furniture wrapped, but when your two hours late, I just wanted to get on with it.

Our team of movers - Lonnie, Eric and Carlos - were fantastic. They showed up right on time and were super efficient and speedy at getting everything packed with care. Nothing was damaged in our move and we had a ton of fragile furniture and glass table tops. They were all very friendly and will to accommodate us in any way possible. Being 9 months pregnant, they made sure I was satisfied with everything and pleased with the way the move was going. I loved how professional they were, while at the same time being friendly and pleasant to be around. We were sad to see them go when they finished and would 100% use them again for any yo ok’ing moves, plus recommending them as a team to others. Way to go, guys!

Very efficient move. Friendly team both in the office and the actual moving team. Low stress. Kept me informed on day of move in terms of when they’d arrive in the window promised.
