Your office staff the day of the move was extremely rude! I am not comfortable giving my credit card info to your moving staff...the woman on the phone gave me a hard time. Should have been told up front your policy!

My team arrived before the time which was great and quickly moved my items. They even helped me clean them once they arrived to my location. I was very pleased.

It was such a stressful day that started and continued with torrential rains, and one very sick pet, but our movers were professional and also KIND, something I didn't know I would need that day until it arrived. Will always remember the moving team and while we hope not to need moving services for a few years, we will always come back to TWO MEAN AND TRUCK.

2 young men did an excellent job. All items moved carefully and without any damage. Will use again when I make my final move. Thanks.

Both movers were professional and very efficient. They wrapped furniture and moved large, heavy furniture down winding stairs and made it look easy which was impressive. They were friendly and careful with all our stuff. I'm very pleased with their work.

Staff was very professional and courteous. They made sure they placed everything where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged. They handled everything with care/wrapped securreed everything well. Very pleased.

The movers were excellent in their interaction, professionalism, and care of my furniture and home. However, the assessment of the duration and cost of the move provided to me by the movers on the day of the move was much higher than the moving time and cost I was given from the office staff prior to the move.

Customer service team was not forth coming with all information regarding truck size and payment options. The moving team was great but more than 2 men are needed to move a four bed room house.

The two guys moving us were great. Friendly, fast, respectful!!

I had stuff damaged during my move, the follow up from the General Manager was completely awful.
