I have expressed my horrible experience and how I was overbilled on the first attempted delivery. I had 2 "rookie" movers who could not get my couch in the elevator and I had to give it away, they were slow, they locked their keys in the truck, the elevator broke in mid move and I had to baby sit your 2 movers for 2 hours. I was charged Monday for over 7 hours and I got 4 suitcases delivered, 4 boxes 1 desk and 1 desk chair.
I have been dealing with Taylor Trim with no satisfaction. I would not recommend or use your company again

Two Men and a Truck were so responsive to my relatively last-minute move. The front-end process from outreach, to estimation, to confirmation was smooth and easy. The movers arrived right on time and were gung-ho to get the move started. Their energy and enthusiasm didn't let up, and it made the who move go smoothly and easily. They were conscientious about all of the little things, and consulted me whenever they needed guidance during the move. It was a great moving experience and could not have gone any better.

Michael and Derrick were courteous and professional. They packed the items with care and unloaded them carefully and set up the items where I wanted. I'll recommend 'Two men and a Truck' to others.

Staff explained the services and fees throughout. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture thoroughly; they were professional and very courteous. I had contact with the operations manager early on the day of the move and the following day; he promptly answered all of my questions.

Overall, the move went very well. The 2 men were courteous and efficient. We believe they took good care of the belongings, with the exception of the desk, which was handled in such a way that too much pressure was put on one of the legs causing it to break away from the top of the desk. Since we didn't purchase the extra insurance, the claim reimbursement was limited to $45, which is not enough to cover the damage.

The three member team that moved our belonging were responsive to our needs and concerned about our household goods. They were helpful in suggesting what and where the moved items should go into their truck and were terrific when we arrived at our new house and worked carefully with us in placing all items into the appropriate rooms. As tough and emotional as it was to move from our house of 44 years these Three Men and a Truck made our move easy. Thanks I would recommend your company to friends and family.

This was my first time using a moving company and my expectations were extremely surpassed! The office staff followed up regularly, provided clear instructions on how the move would go and even called during the move to see how the process was going!
The best part were the two gentlemen who showed up early, were extremely patient as I walked them through the house and pointed out the only items I wanted prepped and moved. They were very friendly and conducted our move error free and timely!!
I will absolutely use Two Men and a Truck again for my next move and highly recommend their services!

Both times I have hired tmt it has been great! The movers Cedric and Darrius were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I never worried about my belongings, I knew they handled them with care. Great guys!!!
