First experience with using Two Men And A Truck and I was not disappointed. The driver called me when he was on his way to the house, called to let me know he got stuck in traffic and would be 10-mins longer than his last update. While there was some confusion as to how much I had to have packed and moved based on what was on the job sheet verses what was actually needing to be moved the team made no issues of it and got right to work. Delivery was done when promised and all my items were accounted for and no damages. Teardown and set up of all furniture was professionally done by the crew and they were sure to ask things were in the right place before ‘bolting it down’. Excellent Service

I can’t say enough about this company and the movers! First, Jessica got me all dialed in via phone when I made my reservation - couldn’t have been easier. Then, the movers showed up exactly on time - were super efficient, were the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen - and were polite, funny and all around great. At the end of the move, the price came in exactly as quoted, no surprises, no “you are getting charged for blankets and plastic wrap.” Seriously, I will never use a different moving company again!

The entire process, from requesting the service to the actual move, went smoothly and efficiently.

It was obvious for my small move the movers did whatever they could to extend the time. Their claim was my building had two elevators they had to board. The freigh elevator was huge and could literally hold all my apartment belongings. They were able to wheel everything, no stairs to climb and it was a Monday mironing, no one was using the elevators and I specifically reserved the . I saw one mover taker my king size bed on a dolly off the truck , down a ramp. He didn’t know I was watching. It took 35 minutes to get my bed into the building. I’m the lowest floor. I thought I could leave the movers alone to explore my block a little, came back and these large men are taking very small items and putting in my apartment one buy one. A skinny lamp they’d take but nothing else.

The guys were great.
They were fast and professional.
It would have helped if they backed the truck up another hundred feet.
But they were not comfortable with getting off the asphalt and I can't blame them for that.

Great experience from receiving a quote and scheduling, all the way to the move date. The movers were utmost professional and friendly. Constant communication about and during the move. Items were cared for. Would definitely recommend.

Your movers were very professional but a bit lacking in handling our furniture. They shrink wrapped well but stacked pieces on each other a little haphazardly (in my opinion). Because they had difficulty removing our sofa from the apartment, they gouged the hallway corridor and struck the hall ceiling fixture. I was able, because of my expertise in my Interior Design profession, to remove the fixture’s bottom disk and pop the frame back in position. There was no problem, using another “Two Men” team, in bringing the sofa in, several years ago. I suggested to these men how they needed to rotate the sofa legs and lift the sofa near vertical and then they were able to move the sofa out of the apartment. Perhaps a bit more moving training will help them.
