I will say that customer support was very willing to help me make things right by not charging me an overnight fee and taking things to Goodwill. (ran out of time). They will also meet me Friday to look for the things in storage that I need. Hard to give a good rating at this time. Even though they made things right, I won't know until Friday if I can get what I need from storage. Also, this move should never have turned into such a problem. Morning team had no hustle, the manager was not on top of things. I did have to pay for all the extra time, and while customer support did make this right by taking my things to Goodwill, I would contend that it everything should have been done in at least about 3 or 4 less hours. There would not have been extra cost for anyone.
Because of how customer support handled the situation, I would use them again. I will ask for a firm quote next time. I answered that I would not give a recommendation, I only had Yes or No as an option. I would recommend 2 Men, but would caution how it's quoted, and ask about the experience of the team assigned to the job.
