The office team was great and on-point. The moving team was nice, but mediocre in communication and not very detail-oriented. We had one stop to make in-between the two moves. At the first place, they almost drove away without letting us know...forgetting to load the couch, and had to get unloaded again, costing us 20+ minutes in extra time. At the second place, they scratched the wood floor.

The movers bang up our walls, didn't protect furniture while moving, didn't put things back together after disassembly, and then left as fast as they could after damaging our home. Horrible experience.

Jimmie and his partner whose name i did not get, were terrific. They called to tell me they were 20 minutes away which was really helpful. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were Delightful. It was my son who was the client and he was delighted with the service too.

Our movers were on time, professional and were really fun to work with! Also did well with A LOT of things that were probably heavier than they should have been.

I've had mixed experiences with moving companies so I'm always nervous trying a new company. 2 Men and a Truck delivered on my expectations - they showed up on time, communicated with me when they were close and when they arrived, they were courteous and efficient, and MOST IMPORTANTLY they completed the move within the estimated time frame and none of my items were damaged.
