Showed up a little late but didn’t start the clock until they arrived so that was really nice. It was rainy and horrible weather but that didn’t affect their performance or attitude. Very attentive and polite, have already recommended to a co-worker. Thank you for shrink wrapping everything.

Surprising that the branches of two men and a truck are not connected. When calling to follow up on an eta prior to the move they said I reached the wrong branch! It also took a while to get an answer on being charged the full hold price at first.

The movers were so helpful! They were polite, kind, and quick! They explained the prices up front and had a great attitude with me and each other. Excellent service and would definitely use again.

My second time moving with this company, first time took around 3.5 hours, this time the same amount of items took 5+. Movers were nice, but slow & casual. Disappeared for 45 minutes between the moves (buildings 10 minutes apart) & we almost missed our moving window into my new building. Much longer & more expensive than first time.

I have called the corporate office multiple times to complain. They keep telling me my local office will contact me for a refund but no calls me. My move was scheduled for between 3 and 5. Movers did not show up until 7:30. I have will be moving twice more in the near future and at this rate, this company is not acting like it cares about whether or not they get my business.

The movers were fantastic. There was quite a lot to get done, they did great! Truly could not be happier with their work!

The few issues I had were that my walls were scuffed up by the movers. Also my bed set was not re assembled and before I even had realized that the movers were gone. Lastly I was charged one amount at the house which I signed off on. Then i received a call saying that a travel charge was not included. so my price doubled. Overall it was a completely different experience compared to the first one.

Allison M my coordinator was very pleasant and responsive. The move crew were also hard working and focused. The logistics team was terrible. Called when move should have started and informed me of a three hour delay. Move could not be completed and my things were kept overnight. Next day I was informed the truck needed a battery jump and was delayed 3 hours. I was forced to stay in a hotel awaiting my things. Also incurred a $550 charge from the condo association to allow for a Sat move. 2 items damaged. I am waiting for a resolution of this debacle and reimbursement of the charges incurred. Just huge disappointment from the logistics team and follow up.
