I moved a 1 bedroom across the street between commercial rental properties. The crew at 9am but listed the start date at 8:45am. Outside of a bed, headboard, couch, dresser and tv stand the move was basically boxes, crates and small items organized and ready to go. It somehow took them nearly 3 hours to load the truck, I recall a period of nearly 30 minutes where no movers were in the apartment. The pack job inside the truck was 1/2 acceptable, 1/2 "just throw it in." There was zero sense of urgency/coordination and I ended up unpacking a good amount of the truck as another disappearance occurred. It technically fit within their quote window but I've moved 2 apts into 1 with other companies in less time at 1/2 the cost. Management gave me a 15 min credit when I called to complain.

The two movers that assisted me were AWESOME!!! I can't remember their names but they were courteous, personable and very professional!

The experience was just ok. All though the movers where nice and answered all my questions. They seem to not really care about my personal property and if I was not with them things would have gotten damage. The one move also spent a lot of time on his phone not moving. I feel like they could have moved more efficiently and taken care of my property better if phone where not out. Over I would not use the service again, it was to expensive for the quality and time I paid for.

Christian and his team were upbeat and focused during our move. It was 100+ degrees in Chicago and the guys were in good spirits and worked fast and thoroughly throughout the entire day. Highly recommended!!

The movers are to be commended for working in such brutal, hot weather and being able to do their job. Yes, I would recommend them.

Movers changed contract timing after we signed it. Horrible experience and fraudulent behavior by two men and a truck.

This was a big day for us with lots of stress and the best part of the move was your company - I really appreciated the COMMUNICATION with short calls or e mails assuring us that your team would be there. The texts as they were 15 minutes out- calls a few days ahead - all really reassuring that this would happen. The team was top notch - very easy to work with and professional - It was a brutally hot day but they were professional and not concerned with the terrible weather - We have used other companies before - but you are the only one we will ever call again. Also another family member used your company last year - same wonderful service with a much bigger move. Keep up the great work. Scott

Used before to move all furniture downstairs to then replace flooring, then moved all furniture back upstairs. Knew they did crazy jobs after that. Just needed one sofa moved to partner's condo and immediately thought of 2 men, and although I could have done it myself renting a truck and having a couple of friends help, my time is worth more than that, AND, passing on business to local companies is a good thing.

Jermey and Dakota were efficient and patient with my move. I was impressed.

We used three men and a truck to move my daughter. There work exceeded my expectations . They emptied her house and covered her furniture.
When we arrived at her new home they emptied the truck with efficiently . Nothing was damaged during the move because of the caring attitude they had. We would definitely use two men and a truck again.
They saved us alot of money compared to other moving companies and they did a very professional job.
