i had to move super last min because of a flood in my building. that being said, the conditions were pretty rough in the building i was moving out of. The elevator was often being held by construction thus adding a lot of time to the move. The team sent was extremely considerate of this(even though it was completely out of their control) and one of the men was even, literally, running back and fourth. naturally, i felt SO bad when we got to the new apt and there was no elevator because i know these guys were exhausted, but they prevailed. They forgot to give back my keys and came by as soon as possible the next day and even helped with something that i needed for my dresser. i really appreciate it and they definitely proved themselves as "the movers who care".

Great move! Team did an great job start to finish.

Everything went so good the whole experience of the three men that moved us was good. Good job to those three young men.

Russ and Mike (?), very good workers and very professional. We were very pleased with them.

They damaged the door to the apartment I am moving from. If I get charged I will be filling a complaint and expect to be reimbursed 100% from 2 Men and a truck. The door no longer shuts completely can someone please come out and fix it? Honestly not sure if I would use again, this was my 3rd time with this company and the experience was not at all what I have had before. Maybe 2 seemingly newer employees shouldn’t be paired together.

I had never used Two Men and a Truck before but decided to check it out online because I had seen the trucks and online advertisements. The online platform and how seamless it is blew me away, and the moment I decided to take my interaction from online to the phone, I was able to instantly get in touch with someone who already had my profile pulled up. I knew I was in good hands.

With the exception of my leather couches getting a little torn and tattered on the edges coming through the doorways, the services was excellent. Hopefully, the insurance will cover the repair work?!! Loved the movers!!!
