Issue 1: The movers spend 45 mins to get couch out of my condo, kept making phone calls to base unit for suggestions when I was very clearly that they have overpadded the couch which is why it is stuck. Issue 2: When the job finished, the movers made a call to base unit for 20 mins which was billed to me by the hour. In total, I think 1 hour money should be refunded back to me.

My moving team was not enthusiastic or fast at all. They seemed to take way too long.

Office staff was great as were the two guys that moved us. Very cordial and business like.

I've used Two Men and a Truck before, they were a pleasure to work with then and a pleasure to work with during this move. The movers were prepared with their supplies in hand; they were on time and ready to work and get this job done. The office staff was pleasant and were able to answer all of my concerning questions. Yes, I would use and recommend Two Men and a Truck moving co. These two young men represented their company well from start to finished. A business will always be in great standing when they have staff such as these. Well done

The office team was professional and responded promptly to questions. The movers were excellent. We were really pleased with the intrastate move and the professionalism before, during, and after the move.

Moving teams were awesome - polite & so helpful! They were respectful of our things, worked quickly, & a pleasure to work with.

I knew that hiring movers was going to be great considering I lived in a third floor walk up, but this was beyond expectation.

They were thoughtful with every piece they touched, with my valuables like my TV and furniture. They were extremely efficient. On top of just being great at what they hired to do, they were very communicative and kind. Anything they wanted to make sure we understood they would stop and explain or ask questions.

I would absolutely recommend 2M&T any day and will be using them again when I have a more permanent residence next time around!

Move went fine. We provided our credit card information to the moving team. One or both stole the information from our credit card and proceeded to go on a shopping spree. They even attempted to set up the card with Western Union which leads me to believe they were going to steal money. Luckily, our bank put a stop to it. The office staff was not helpful when we reported the theft. The movers should NOT have access to any credit card information. We also had given the movers a very generous tip but a thief is a thief. Stop hiring thieves!
