The entire ex;perience of a move that can go wrong was avoided. Movers were speedy and very polite. Arrived a bit early for my elevator bldg but kept busy, Supervisor Jermaine checked in during actual move. Very Nice touch.

I moved office furniture from downtown Chicago to my home in Barrington. It was a large move and, initially, they feared their truck was too small. But, they expertly packed it and got everyone on one trip. Vincent and Anson (sp sorry) and the third young man were excellent at communicating and taking care of my property. I'd use that team again in a heartbeat.

My movers (Jesus and I didn’t catch the other mover’s name) were so courteous and efficient! I was really pleased with the price as well, because it came out below the lower tier of the quote I was given.

The movers were professional and courteous. They made a stressful day very seamless as they wrapped all of our furniture and offered to help put our couches back together. They were worth every penny!

Derek and Jose were friendly, well-spoken and efficient and really worked well together. They also managed to fit a large couch into a small elevator, which was quite impressive. We'd like to use them again in the future.

During the 2nd half of the move my portable speaker was stolen. I am totally disgusted with the movers.

Overall the move was acceptable. The office team sent several emails requesting information about the service. When I finally replied after I settled in, I informed the supervisor (Taylor) that the young men that moved me did assemble one of my sofas per our agreement and payment. Taylor informed that there could be a resolution. When I presented a possible resolution Taylor then informed me per a “sales manager” that my resolution would not resolve my issue. I will not use them again and will make sure none of my friends go this route. At least not this particular office.
