The movers arrived late to load the truck. The load was expected to take 4 hours. The lead mover was injured and could not work. The other two were new and inexperienced. They moved so slowly, it took twelve hours. They lost the use of the elevator at the condo building and had to carry the remaining items down five flights of stairs to the truck. The move could not be completed that day - they finished at 10:30pm. They could not deliver my items for another four days. The unload took three hours despite being direct into a storage facility. I am very dissatisfied with Two Men and a Truck and would not expect them to stay in business for long if all of their moves are like my experience.

Time promised 4-6 pm
Arrived at 7 pm with no call.
Had trouble parking and wasted a lot of time.
My son worked harder than either of movers and estimated time of 2-3 1/2 hours...it took 3 1/2 hours! They need better training.

Shakur and Troy were professional, courteous, careful and super fast.
I highly recommend them!

The three guys, Ian, Demitri and Ace were outstanding! They were incredibly polite, hard working and efficient! Great guys!!!

poor communication between office staff, dispatcher in advising nd keeping me informed on the delay of the movers arrival. Sat waiting for over 2.75 hours. Situation was rectified in the form of a rate credit, totally $75 off billed charges.

I was so pleased with my movers. They were prompt and quick with their work. They worked hard moving my stuff and had a great attitude the whole time. Everything went so smoothly and it was a huge relief on a stressful day.

The movers were quick, kind, courteous, and personable! Easiest. Move. Ever.

We have furniture nicked up and scratched. We have not finished unpacking but it is likely we have damaged items due to them crashing the truck into a bridge. They appeared to be wasting time eating up the clock. And only took 30 min off for the accident that didn't cover the time spent driving in circles trying to find a bridge to go under on small streets instead of using established truck routes. I should have known it would have been a problem when the truck pulled up they jumped a curb and hit several garbage cans wedging one under the truck. And when pulling away loaded jumped a curb again rocking the whole truck violently. The moves was very unorganized on the company's part. It went way over the initial estimate far beyond what others would have charged while destroying our stuff.

Miranda and Smith were excellent and provided excellent service! They treated my furniture and items with extreme care.
