Very bad experience! We didn't finish the unpacking yet. So many damages we have found so far. The lamp is totally damaged and can't be used anymore. Dresser and bed mattress are broken badly. Their unprofessional and bad performance during the moving. (1) Two rookies (both with less than half-year working experience) never packed our furniture with carpet or other protective equipment. They moved slow and super unorganized. (2) I told them it's not necessary to take apart every parts of my bed frame, but they still did it.
One more thing which is the worse is that their staff imitate my signature writing on the "prior damage" part to avoid any responsibility.

This was the most terrible experience of my life. I’ve used this service before & had no issues in the past, but never again. Your movers are so RUDE. Completely angry how long the move was taking, cussing, being blatantly mean to me about how much stuff I had, & also just careless with my belongings. As a 26 year old woman, I would never except these men to be so rude & make me feel so uncomfortable. Never again will I use your moving service & I will be going to social media to share my experience to save others from having to also go through it.

Will never recommend again. Property was scratched. Floors were scratched. Crew was inexperienced. Job took too long, even though we used you to move in and it took less time. Is lunch time supposed to be included? Ran into the crew at McDonalds on the way to the destination. Etc. Sad, but never again.

The movers were very professional. They explained the pricing, took very good care of my things, brought their own tools just in case. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again. Also, they priced higher than other companies per hour but there were NO HIDDEN COSTS and they brought an extra guy for free. Very happy with my service!

My movers were very polite and eager to help. I was worried I had more to move than I initially thought. They were happy to help and so helpful.

The movers were 2.5 hours later than the window of time that was given during move estimate. The movers tardiness was due to the move before ours having complications. We were in a high rise and had a specific window of time where we needed to be out of the moving bay. Due to this, my husband and I had to move everything we could (while watching a 1yo) to the moving bay before the movers got there. Also, our desk was broken during the move and we had to fight for multiple weeks to get reimbursed for the damage. It was the worst moving experience I've ever had with a moving company.

The 3 men who came to move my things were engaging, well mannered, personable, funny, and reassuring. The manager was Ian and the others were Demetrious and Adam.

The team arrived toward the end of their window, but made sure to still complete the job within the ORIGINAL estimate. Great job!

I was moving out of a place I hated living in, the landlord was uncooperative every step of the way regarding moving out. Two Men and a Truck worked quickly and cared for my things and got me out of that situation and into my new place across town in under the projected time frame. It was the easiest part of my move and was a huge relief to me while I was under a lot of stress about other aspects of the move.
