Overall, excellent service from beginning to end. One glitch: please ensure communication from office to logistics is accurate. I was confirmed for 8-9am, and I was told I would receive a call the morning of my scheduled move with an ETA prior to 8am. At 8:30 when I heard nothing, I called and was transferred to dispatch after confirming the 8-9am time frame with the office. Dispatch informed me it was scheduled between 9-10am. I had the contract in front of me saying otherwise. Dispatch tried to resolve but I had to wait until 9:45 for the movers to arrive. My time is valuable. It is unacceptable that I was kept waiting that long for a client of mine because of miscommunication and inability to resolve. You need to figure out how this happened so it doesn't happen again.

Great experience. The movers Collin and John were great and worked quickly. Everything was in great shape when it arrived. The company was very accommodating and even let us change our move date a day earlier than expected.

We are very happy with our experiences from both Two Men and A Truck locations that we used- Dallas and Chicago. On the Chicago and Brandon and John were incredibly professional with our packing and so we requested them back to help us load out. We can’t say enough good things about their professionalism, timeliness, and efficiency. On the Dallas and D’Angelo and Trey Have the same level of professionalism and timeliness as well as efficiency that we received in Chicago. We will definitely utilize your services again should we need to move in the future

The movers were fantastic. They worked very hard & were so considerate. I’d highly recommend them. My only complaint is that the office did not send a confirmation. 2 days before moving I had to call & check to insure plans were still on. At that point, they sent it. They were friendly & accomidating

Such a great experience. Prior to move I had several questions and someone was always available to answer them and also in a very timely manner! Thank you. On moving day I couldn’t have been happier with the movers (Tristan and Robert) as they were kind, Professional and soo helpful. Thank you so much!

Worst move ever. In building move and didn’t wrap furniture in pads. Several pieces damaged, didn’t level furniture once put it in new apartment so I was having to figure out what changed, lost pads, etc. they eventually found some but I felt like I was a mover in my own job. Should have had three man crew which your competitors provide and I know understand. Was supposed to receive letter in my claim to send pics and never received. Will never use two men and a truck again and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either

Brandon and John were absolutely stellar. Polite, timely, efficient, and experienced. We asked them back by name when we decided after having them pack our home, to help is load the truck we rented to drive ourselves a few days later. I can not recommend them enough. A++. 10/10

We had a very pleasant experience. Our movers were great! Very professional.

I was not disappointed at all so I don't want you to think that. I just wanted to offer constructive criticism. I believe our staff stopped for a bite to eat or got lost or whatever from one location to another. Someone left at the same time as they left and made a stop (as the truck had to make a stop as well) and arrived at the drop off location almost 40 minutes before they did. With a four hour job I don't think I should have had to pay for them to stop for lunch or whatever they did. I used you a month ago - had 4 stuff - moved an entire restaurant and it took less time than moving 46 boxes already packed and four desks and a few other things. Just my thoughts. I was very pleased otherwise.
