I used the Downers Grove location, and the whole experience was very delightful. Tara Kasianczuk was the customer service rep that I spoke to and she was excellent. She put me at ease. I am sorry that I cannot remember the names of the two guys who did my move, but they were phenomenal. Words to describe them are helpful, kind, respectful, clean, prompt, friendly, trustworthy and hard workers.

The crew did a great job and finished the move in the time promised. The crew members were polite and professional.

Jonathan and his crew were great!!! Every request I had, they were happy to fulfill.

We felt the team was careful in handling the furniture and we had a large sleeper sofa that we did not think would fit through the door of the apartment from the hallway. They removed the legs and maneuvered the couch so that it fit through quite easily.
