One week after the move I sold a pair of $110 shoes on ebay and could not find them. After a long search I realized I didn't have them. I went over my inventory and realized 2 other pairs of $100+ shoes were missing. I contacted the local office and asked them if they had a lost and found dept. for items that were left on the truck. They put me in touch with the driver and I sent him pictures of the shoes. He was now my point of contact. The person who I believe stole the shoes was now in charge of finding the shoes. After 10 days the only follow up is him asking me what size the shoes were. I don't have proof they stole them but i'm missing $400 worth of shoes. I'm so angry with this situation that I can't imagine hiring movers ever again.

The guys who came to move us were really great and communicated. Great to work with.

The actual move was great. This is the second time I have used the company in 6 months. Unfortunately, this time I was separating from my wife and somehow she was texted a confirm of the move. I made specific instructions at the time I booked the move, not to contact her in any way. This obviously complicated a tenuous situation. Other than that, the movers were amazing and the overall experience, despite the errant text, was good.

The service was good but it was very pricy. At just over 4 hrs I paid $712. The movers were super courteous but was sluggish.

I called just to get a quote, but Joseph was so thorough and kind (and the quote seemed reasonable) that I just went ahead and made the reservation with him.
The two guys that moved me were so nice and helpful and were actually watching the clock in an effort to make sure they stayed within the quoted time. It’s the first moving company I’ve ever used where the final amount was actually what I had been quoted. I was impressed. Thank you.

There was a “mix up” and my scheduled move was lost somehow even though I set it up less than 48 hrs previously. I called them they said a moving truck would be there in less than an hour. My scheduled move time was 9-10am. The movers did not show up until 12:30pm. 2.5 hours late which put everything else, cable, Internet set up all on top of one another. This made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be. I was then still charged full price.

Most of the move went well, with a few snags here and there. There were marks on my walls from them moving my couch. I reported it to the home office, and sent pictures. They told me that they were sending it to the claims department, and I haven’t heard anything back from the claims department.

The moving team from the day of the move was great. I had trust in them and they handled my property with care and respect. I would happily use them again.

Great job. The men showed up and knocked the move out expeditiously. We were done in less time thwn expected!! I will use them again.

Movers were on time, courteous & professional. Only complaint arose from the amount of time it took them to move one piece of furniture to a location ten minutes away. Felt to me like the padded time to raise fee. Only reason I would hesitate to use again.
