Office team forgot to reserve my move, but was able to make it work. Movers were on time. They worked quickly. They didn't seem to want to take apart/put together furniture, but I asked them to anyway. Minor rip and damage to couch. Minor scratches to dresser.

My moving team did an awesome job. There was some damage to the stairwells, but understandable given the tight turn with two large pieces of furniture. I really appreciated how the manager of the team was so well-organized and took the time to make each step clear, and I was pretty much amazed at how quickly they were able to pack the truck.

I moved from a fourth floor walk-up with no elevator. I placed signs outside to secure parking for the moving truck and people did not abide by those signs so there was no parking when they arrived. The team led by Jonathan took it all in stride and figured out a plan that worked. This really reduced the stress of the move right out the gate. Then the team went to work and I did not hear nor see any hesitation or complaints about the stairs or lack of elevator. This team efficiently and safely moved my belongings and were done in record time. They then met me in my new location on time and were very good at communicating the plan, timing, and next steps through every phase of the move. They did multiples stops and completed my final move in. This was a great team and I am grateful.

The bookcases were moved with care. However, they forgot to move one shelf that I had to pick up later. As a result, the tabs that hold up the shelf are missing.
Regarding the sewing machines: On one, they bent the double thread holder adapter and it will never be straight again. Also the screws came out of the base holding the thread adapter so I will need to find longer and fatter screws. One of the shorter thread holders that is supposed to be on the sewing machine was lost. And on both machines, some of the hooks for holding hand sewing threads were bent.

The movers were very nice, polite, professional, and did the best they could.

The move was a complete Desaster. Crew arrived 4 hours later than end of agreed time window. One mover was demotivated and tried to find reasons not to complete the move. Other one was good. We are in serious trouble with the new building now and they want us to pay a fee because we did not do the move in the agreed time window where the elevator was reserved. My wife is stressed because of the move. She is eight month pregnant. We had to call two of our friends to help your crew to unload the truck. Apartment, building and our property was treated very poorly. Pure Desaster will war everyone about your company.

The movers had a great attitude and and went above and beyond the required service to make sure we were happy with the job.

When I called the office to make an appointment, I informed them of all the things that had to be packed and moved. I was told that I would have 4-5 guys there for the move. My two hour window for the packers was 2 - 4 pm. They showed up at 5:30! Then the day of the move, only 3 guys showed up. They started work at 4 pm and didn't leave my apartment until almost 3:00 AM! They worked non-stop from 4 until 3. Those are inhumane conditions for guys to have to work. You should have sent more men OR switched them out after several hours. The workers were great. They worked hard and quickly and they kept a pleasant demeanor the whole time. When they were leaving at 2:45am, they were still smiling and friendly. I'm very disappointed in your services. Both days (packing and moving) were a mess.

Service was excellent, truck arrived on time, movers were friendly and professional. However some of my furniture was damaged by water. We had it held overnight and there was rain, so perhaps the truck had a leak. We are working with the office

The office staff was great. The movers however, were not. They were careless with my property and damaged walls because they began getting frustrated that they couldn’t get items out. They dragged leather couches across concrete . My items were placed into storage so I don’t know until I have the chance to open my boxes but I would be certain that I have a ton of broken and scratched items based on the movers disregard for my property. They just wanted to be done with the move. I also had to wait for them for over an hour during transit from my home to the storage locker, but they claim they only went through a “15 minute break to go to a McDonalds Drive-Thru” which I don’t believe. I also put wear and tear into my own body because I had to help the workers move. Disappointed.

Absolutely horrible experience, the team from Two Men and Truck made moving an even more stressful and daunting experience I wouldn't dare recommend them to anyone needing help with moving. The team that packed the day before our move is the only resource I even remotely suggest. The customer service,logistics and all parts of the process on our move day and up to it was horrendous from time management, customer service, respect and support. There are other companies that are more respectful of customers time, money and day of moving processes. Go elsewhere when you want clear and consistent communication, consistentcy and and time managment and respect don't exist with this company.Two Men and a Truck let us down, don't dare waste your time.
