Everything with my experience with the men who came for pickup and delivery was very professional. They were courteous and efficient. I would absolutely use two men and a truck overall from placing the day and time with pickup on the phone to the actual day of service it was easy, everyone was helpful, and the service was excellent!

Our moving experience was excellent, however the packing team (they were two different teams of people) was awful. I spoke with Taylor and explained the situation we had with the packers. The movers were absolutely fantastic!

We cannot make a complete evaluation of the care with which our belongings were moved because we have not opened the boxes that were marked fragile. thus, for the care of our belongings question, I marked acceptable. That was just a filler so I could submit the survey. In general, the movers were careful with our belongings. They did make a few damaging scrapes to the doors and frames and the damage department was supposed to contact us, but that has not happened. So this would be a negative for your company, not the movers. They filed out the appropriate forms.

Movers were great. The apartment was difficult to get out the large furniture. There were a few damages and Taylor was great at helping us fix everything. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I was extremely disappointed in the lead member of my move. He was frustrated, didn’t bother to wrap or cover my boys bunk beds or mattresses and by the time he got to my house there was no “Movers Who Care” as he was shoving furniture into my house, scratching the furniture and the floors. Then we paid well over our quote and they still were not able to put the bunk bed back together. They left the job unfinished and your customer service rep had to send someone over on Saturday to finish the beds.

While the other two men assisting with my move were kind and respectful, I still would never use your company again. Very disappointed.

I was very satisfied with my experience with the office staff and moving team. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. My moving team was polite, conscientious with my belongings and worked at a very speedy pace. They worked hard and did not take breaks and finished my move in less time than I expected. Overall, I was very pleased. I would hire Two Men and a Truck again.

Worse experience ever. They damaged my furniture and appliances and overcharged me way more than was quoted. Not to mention they was very unprofessional and rude.
