The crew was timely, courteous and very thorough, wrapping the furniture and careful moving it.

I was not at the packing site. At the move in site we could not find any hardware to screw the king bed frame together

The team was great - friendly customer service when scheduling my move, and the two movers were thorough and thoughtful in my home. The movers showed up right at the beginning of my arrival window, walked through to understand the "lay of the land" and got all of my belongings without any damage to my new home. Just want to let you know the moving crew that was here for NS was very, very professional the young man Jonathan, so, so professional in his duties. Handled all the furniture and boxes like they were his own. Jonathan as leader was superb in briefing his crew in all the moves/tasks that needed to get completed. I just needed to tell them once and they worked independently on their own !!!
