The moves went relatively smooth. Most of the moving team was experienced. One member was going through a learning process which turned out bad. The moving team lead member worked with us to make everything happen in a timely process. One piece was damaged badly and we are waiting for the insurance claim to be processed by Two Men and a Truck.

The service, care, and personal service was amazing! I would use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Allison, my first contact with the company, was able to explain the process and answer my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Each time we communicated I was pleased with her responses to my questions. She is excellent at her work. The movers immediately put me at ease by explaining what the process of the move would entail. They were respectful and responsive to all my requests. Their teamwork made the move go smoothly. Their technical acumen was excellent. I would recommend Two Men and A Truck to others.

The process was so very easy. From the initial estimating tool to the follow up calls everyone was wonderful. On moving day the crew showed up early and were very efficient with great customer service skills. Would highly recommend this service.

Hi! My office team was way off on the estimation of how much it would cost for our move. The movers showed up without any of our moving boxes I had prepaid for and with a truck half the size of what we needed. The manager said we would have to pay for the extra time to drive and get a new truck (which after making several calls we thankfully didn’t). I went w two men and a truck bc of the price and now at wishing i chose others recommended to me. The actual movers we’re amazing tho! So nice and so courteous and handled all of our belongings w care! (I think we should have at least gotten our wardrobe boxes for free given all the drama and added stress on an already stressful day)

The first half of this contract was a short move of two pieces of woodworking equipment from a friend's house to my house--far too heavy for me to lift and to put into a rental truck. Three (3) men and a truck showed up on time, carefully put the equipment into their truck, tied it down, and drove to my house where they unloaded it into my garage. Then the second half of the contract: They brought a sofa-bed from the second floor of my house to the first floor. All went very well!

As always, the moving crew is very respectful and focused on their work. They do not chit-chat or yell or mistreat one another. The teams always work well together. This is probably the 10th move that I have supervised with Twomen & a Truck. We will continue to use this service. We have another 2-3 moves planned over the next 6 months. Thank you.
