I had an amazing experience with my two movers - I believe one of their names was Rob? I could not have been happier with my experience with them and their speed and careful nature taking care of moving my valuables. I would like to commend the two men, Alex and Ivan, for their exceptional service. They were able to move all of my items without any difficulty from a third-floor apartment. They were very kind and worked diligently to complete my move within an appropriate time. I have moved very many times in my life and damaged always occurred to my furniture. I can honestly say that none of my items were damaged within this move because it appeared that Alex and Ivan took care Of my furniture as if the pieces were their own.

The men who did the job were extremely courteous, hardworking, and patient. They were great! My only issue is that they were not able to complete my job because they were booked for another job and had to leave. Items were not moved and I had to manage that myself. Also, one item (a desk) that had been taken apart was not put back together properly. Overall, however, a difficult day was made better because these men were fantastic!

The movers were excellent! They worked hard in the heat to get me out of my old home and into my new one. Great guys!

Ivan and his helper were great. They moved our extremely heavy bedroom furniture downstairs efficiently and effortlessly.

For me, the strongest reason for using Two Men & A Truck is the reliability. The crew communicates their schedule so that all can be handled in a timely manner. In a business environment this is extremely important. All the crew members have been friendly and actually seem to enjoy the job - even when it's blistering hot.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was good, but far from perfect. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the office staff and the movers. The office staff estimated our job to be 3.5 hours, but it actually took over 10. The movers were very frustrated throughout the moving day and continuously repeated that they did not know the job was so big; they said they had been told we had 24 items to move and we had much more than that. They broke the handle on our end table and lost the screws to attach the mirror to our dresser. Gerry was really the only professional member of the team and he worked hard to find the correct screws at Menards and ensure our piece was put together. Overall, I think there is a lot of room for improvement before excellence is achieved.
