The office staff took multiple calls from me to get this set up and the inventory correct for the best estimate. My in-laws were thrilled with the movers they got the work done in half the time the estimate had proposed. It was all around a great experience and we will definitely recommend them to others and if we have other moving needs they will be our first call.

The office staff was hard to make contact with after we set up date. I also received text saying I cancelled out and that required call. Again no one was in office at time of call
The guys doing the moving were fantastic!! Very polite and courteous. They were fast and efficient. They also worked well as a team! Highly recommend them Would use names but don't have access to that info at this time

move was fairly easy all of my belongings were already staged in the garage except baby grand piano movers did not have appropriate tools to disassemble legs on piano and when putting baby grand piano back together again.....they use the wrong bolts for front right leg close to the keyboard which damaged framework internal and raised the keyboard up making inoperative!! They asked me to hire Sam's piano to figure out issue They said they would take care of all damages no deductible and that's where they have not followed through on promises..... Still waiting for them to pay Sam's piano...... Not happy with carelessness of not marking bolts to properly put back together piano after move.....
