Once again, we are pleased with the Central Illinois Two Men and a Truck team!! This was our 3rd time using this franchise, albeit all 3 moves were with different locations, but we could not have asked for a more conscientious and hardworking group from Normal, IL for this move. This was our furthest move to date, and we had more delicate pieces of (glass) furniture to move this time around. Dylan, Derrick, Jordan and Ryan (I hope I spelled their names correctly!) were efficient at wrapping everything and made sure that none of the glass was damaged in transit. Also, Elizabeth in the office, was wonderful to work with, and I can't say enough about how quickly she was able to schedule the move! Overall, the move went rather smoothly and we can't thank this group enough for a job well done!

It was ok could have been a touch better on the packers part.

Office staff did not explain the ins and outs of the move. The Packers didn't pack everything. The movers didn't move everything. Plus several items were broken including a computer desk. Still haven't been able to find the pull-out shelf for the computer desk. Several items that were broken weren't even wrapped in paper they were just thrown in a box. We were moving to two different locations. Things were delivered to the wrong locations even though we were told which went where. The Packers came out the champagne office and I was told the movers were going to come out of the normal office save a little bit of travel time off expense, but they came out of Champaign office and I wasn't informed of that. I will not be using Two Men And A Truck again.

Movers were professional yet friendly and personable. They were safety focused and time efficient, i always saw them wearing gloves and Ryan even pointed out a trip hazard before moving anything.

I really enjoyed the team sent to move us. They were thorough, polite and very helpful and respectful of our items. I appreciated the follow up and concern they had to ensure my items were placed properly and that if they didn't know something they asked!

I have spoken to management about my very frustrating experience with two men and a truck. Although some of the crew seemed courteous, overall, this was a VERY bad experience. Movers used foul language, they were slow, they didn’t mark boxes, etc.

They treated our furniture with the utmost care and moved everything in a timely fashion

I used the online estimator & followed up with the office staff. Our belongings were already packed, all the movers had to do is load and unload the truck. It took them 11 hours and necessitated a second truck because the load estimates were wrong. It cost almost twice what we were quoted. One of the movers apologized for things taking so long, he mentioned they usually have more movers, but some of them called in sick. So I paid more because employees didn't show up to work? I had another moving company give an estimate, he visited our home to ensure he would have enough staff and a large enough truck. You should have done the same, homeowners don't have enough experience to accurately estimate. The previous movers PACKED and loaded our belongings in less time than you.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my move. Kenneth Britton and Chase Chenoweth were wonderful in every aspect!!

Overall it was a good experience, just a long day. Wish the movers would have worked with a little more sense of urgency, but they definitely made us feel like they were taking good care of our belongings.
