We were very disappointed, the gentlemen that showed up were very polite but not very experienced. In my original quote over the phone I was told I was only using about 50% of the 26 foot truck, when they said the truck was full and couldn't hold any more, I looked in the truck and could see all the way to the front, they didn't use the truck like professionals. We had to make 5 additional trips back to the house with our vehicles, also they brook a lamp, and my daughters $600 mirror, and when I went to put my sons bed together there was missing hardware, he slept on the floor the first night in our new home, we were charged almost $1,000 for this service. There is more but I don't have enough charactes remaining

Very professional team, efficient . Accommodating . Broke a table. Was unclear on total expense, slight discrepancy on hours provided

The movers worked very hard and had a great attitude. One mover was particularly rough and because of that I had damage to a kitchen cabinet door, damage to a corner of my drywall that will have to be spackled and repainted, damage to a glass light shade, and damage to a dining table leaf.

The three-man team was very polite and helpful. There were marks put on a wall in the apartment I moved out of, but it was a tight space for some of the larger furniture. One moved did damage a wall in my new home, but someone came out to repair it two days later and I am satisfied with the repair. Overall, I was happy with the service I received even though everything wasn't perfect.

Overalls everything was good. There 2 incidents that I was unhappy with. First, the back wheel of my bedroom TV stand was broken off. The young man told me about that which is fine because it was a fairly inexpensive piece of furniture. The one that really upset me was the bottom of one of my dressers was broken off making one dresser about 3 inches shorter than the matching one. Now they are uneven and what’s worse is no one said anything to me about it being damaged.

We were told originally the move would happen at 8am. Then it got moved to 12 however they couldn't make it there until 230. We helped move things to the truck and off the truck otherwise the move would not have been done until 10pm. Three items were damaged. Overall it was not the best experience we have had with two men.

The men were very professional and personable. They handled moving on a day when the weather was not very good. Due to my buyers demands they were unable to move my furniture into my new home but were able to fit everything into the garage. I was looking forward to having them move everything into my new home. The downside is there was some minor damage to my kitchen table and my bedroom furniture.

Were over-all Very happy. The guys who moved us were upbeat and fun. We loved them! However; I purchased a mattress cover and they did not use it resulting in a small 3 corner tear in the mattress.

My experience was excellent. The team was courteous, professional yet easy to communicate with. They handled everything with care and worked quickly. I was very impressed. They were well worth the cost. I will highly recommend your services to anyone because of the care they gave my move. I can't say how glad I was with the handling of my home. They were awesome. There was an extra large piece that was slightly damaged, but they took a picture and sent the claim in right away. As I said, the move was excellent! Elaine

Some of my property was damaged in the move. I attempted to call several times and got no answer. I sent a text, was told I'd be contacted about it. It took 3 days to be contacted, and I set up an appointment to meet with Avery. On the day of the appointment I received a text from someone else about 3 hours before the appointment and told me that Avery had to reschedule but didn't give me any new appointment. Its been terrible communication the entire time.
