The four-man team was friendly, considerate, efficient and worked well together. They loaded and unloaded in less than 4 hours. They protected the items well and communicated with me throughout to make sure items went where they belonged.

The crews are always polite and have a great attitude.

The only way to move!!

We had Four Men and Two Trucks and they were spectacular. Super polite, super attitudes, and super careful with our stuff. They worked SO hard for 7 hrs! We’ve used 2 Men and a Truck twice now and wouldn’t move any other way! The front office is amazing as well, helping to coordinate and schedule the moves!

The moving team was prompt, very friendly and a pleasure to work with. A bit pricy but they are good people.

We were very pleased with the 4 guys that moved our belongings. They were very polite, courteous and careful. However, when putting our adjustable bed back together something went wrong and only one side works. We have had Denver Mattress out twice to try and fix it and now we are waiting for the Sealy Company to come out and try to fix it. If they wind up charging us, we will be notifying you.

The movers were great, my only concern was that their red carpet was soaked so they were tracking dirt and water into our new home. There should be a way for them to protect bedroom carpets because it is not feasible to ask them to remove their shoes. We purchased carpet protectant which they used only for the stairs, They didn’t put it on until after they went down a couple times though.

I was not informed about the fact that you can do a home tour & advise me how many boxes & trucks & mover staff I need. Because I didn’t know what I was doing, I ended up with 3 trucks on 3 different days, and the last day there was chaos as I didn’t have enough small boxes for the large number of books I was packing. The medium-sized boxes are too large for books & that is really hard on the workers’ backs, especially since they had to carry them out of a basement.
One of your moving staff then informed me that i could have had a tour & it could have saved me money.
Also, you need to allow your mover staff into the office on Sat pm to get more boxes if needed. I left items behind bc deadline.
Otherwise all the staff were extremely professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful.

Parked across my driveway and needed to be asked to move their truck so I could put uhaul in driveway. Arrived w/o load kit, loaded only 6 ft of 26 ft truck with boxes, Wrapped only 1 sectional, 3 nightstands and two dressers in 3 hours! Constantly talking and joking around, even heard saying "We're going to get fired!" Said they had another job and needed to leave at noon. The more my friend and I did taking boxes to the driveway, the slower they seemed to work. They would maneuver items around furniture instead of moving it or using the straight hallway to the front door. They dropped bed rail on unwrapped nightstand causing damage, caused wall damage by not exiting through straight hallway, refused to leave furniture protective wrap so I could finish the job. Very stressful experience!!

Very disappointed. Had used before and service was good, this time terrible. Walls were scratched. Floors were scratched. Haven’t got apology from local office or heard back on claims.
