Austin was professional, courteous, and immediately put my mind at ease. From his first phone call to inform me they were on their way on packing day, to the moment he and his crew introduced themselves on my front porch, to the final day when they helped me get the lock on my storage space, I felt they were going to do what it took to get the job done. Having a gap between packing and moving day, I called to request that the same crew return, and later learned that Austin had already taken the initiative.
I admit that I had concerns after reading previous reviews. Be honest with yourself about how much stuff you have and detailed in your inventory, and you shouldn’t have any surprises with the final bill. Thanks to Meagan in the office, and to Austin and Crew! Great teamwork.
