I had heard that Two Men and A Truck showed care and expertise when moving, so I decided to hire movers from the company since the larger moving companies were not available for my in-state move. The movers not only damaged my furniture, but also caused extensive damage to the new house that I moved to (with the furniture that was being moved). They mentioned that there should have been more people to help with the move but that did not excuse the fact that both the movers were poorly trained and unmotivated to get the job finished at any level of quality. There is no way I would ever hire this company to help me with a move again.

The experience went very well. However, I was concerned about your staff not wearing any safety belts for heavy lifting. They moved some extremely heavy microfilm cabinets and I know it was a struggle. They were very gracious and did not complain. For future service I would like to request for them to come back. Thank you.

The office personnel were considerate and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns. The four movers were excellent. Extremely efficient, very pleasant, and very fast. Thanks to all.

The day I moved it was extremely hot, Chase Ivan and Nick stayed positive and worked so hard to get the job done. The only complaint I have is that the amount of items I had were not accounted for when Malcolm did my walk through so it took a lot longer than expected.

Shout out to Jason R, Matt E, Willie G, and Steven F for a job well done.....again. This is my second time using Two Men. They moved everything into my BIG old Victorian, including antiques and a piano in the POURING RAIN and not a scratch. Thank you so much for being the LEAST stressful thing about moving!

Once I finally e:mailed (or was it a text) I got ahold of someone. Trying to reach them almost FORCED ME TO GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. My boyfriend left a message and they got back to us, finally. That is a shame because they did a great job!

I am super frustrated & disappointed in how my move went. I filled out the online schedule & inventory and it was confirmed. I was contacted by the office they told me that I could only have 2 hours due to their busy day. I told her I wanted a 1 pm time because I HAD TO BE OUT OF MY HOUSE by my 4pm closing. She Said they would do the 2 hours and then they would leave meaning hey might have to leave some things behind. At 1:25, they called-they were running late due to a difficult am move. They were going to grab lunch and be on their way. At 2:30 I called again. The movers showed up around 2:40. They were slow and insisted they could only take 9 pieces. They said they had no idea why I was told only 2 hours. I went to the closing and they left after 2 hrs. I did the rest until 6:30.

Due to height limitations two trips were used storage licker to new home and yet 15 boxes and several small items were left behind in locker. I paid for a complete move. Two men and truck moved me into storage locker a week earlier using one truckload, I addeda 10’x10’ additional storage locker to the second move ans assumed two trips would complete move. I was wrong, office did not offer to complete the move when made aware of problem. I may have refused an offer, but customer service was lacking. I had an organizational plan in place for garage to stack same size boxes in particular area to aid unpacking, I explained the plan my directive not followed. Two men were polite and well meaning but need to follow simple instructions of homeowner.
