The moving team that showed up to move our piano across town were EXCELLENT! They had had a rough day and arrived 3 hours late, but kept us informed all along the way that they were running behind and had had unexpected delays in doing a move out in Eagle. These guys were courteous, professional and still happy to move a very heavy piano, even though they had put in a very LONG day. Thank you for all your hard work! It was greatly appreciated.

First time using a moving company, these guys were very good at what they do. They protected my furniture and works fast! Very friendly and respectful. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

The movers were wonderful, courteous, careful, and friendly. They even went off the clock to stop for gas, which I was very impressed with. It took less time than estimated. (Perhaps because they said I was more organized and true to what I actually said needed moved?) The only negative part of the experience was that I had no confirmation text/email/phone call the day before or morning of the move (and too busy myself to call as well) which made me a little anxious, but they did show up on time as scheduled.

they put some boxes by the mini blinds and cracked off the. So now a piece is missing. I guess I need to call 800 number. I would of got in touch with you sooner but I was in the Hospital.

My family has used this company for our last three moves and we have had excellent service each time. Both office staff and movers are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The movers don't waste time but still take care with each piece. During one move the glass on one picture was cracked; this was promptly repaired and the picture returned to us in a timely fashion. They even repaired a broken hanger on that picture even though we told them this was broken before the move and not their fault! We would highly recommend them - good value and great service!

They don’t honor that promise to take care of things if they break. They give you pennies and try to get out of it completely.

I need to speak with someone about filing a claim as two items were damaged in a careless way my furniture was handled.

There was a damage claim done, otherwise overall my experience was good. Not sure about my sons bed not being put back together because of issues with screws, however I found out letter his bed was never screwed together in the first place.

When I used Two Men and a Truck last summer I was extremely impressed with the care of both homes and the furniture being moved. Everything was wrapped and padded including doorways. Because of this, I've been telling everyone how great the service is. I couldn't wait to use you again, but the service this time was slow, no care was taken, very little was wrapped (no doorway protection either), tools were forgotten, etc. I have a broken desk and scratches/stress marks on several process of furniture.

Well... they dented my dresser in 2 different spots. All my jewelry that was in my jewelry box in my dresser is gone. Put a huge hole in my kitchen table. I have a antique vanity with a big mirror and the the mirror has a huge scratch mark across the mirror.
