When I used Two Men and a Truck last summer I was extremely impressed with the care of both homes and the furniture being moved. Everything was wrapped and padded including doorways. Because of this, I've been telling everyone how great the service is. I couldn't wait to use you again, but the service this time was slow, no care was taken, very little was wrapped (no doorway protection either), tools were forgotten, etc. I have a broken desk and scratches/stress marks on several process of furniture.

Well... they dented my dresser in 2 different spots. All my jewelry that was in my jewelry box in my dresser is gone. Put a huge hole in my kitchen table. I have a antique vanity with a big mirror and the the mirror has a huge scratch mark across the mirror.

Overall a good experience. Two boxes were dropped due to stacking too high on moving cart. One box replaceable, one box had keepsakes that were Not Replaceable.

This was the third move we have had Two Men and a Truck carry out for us, and they exceeded all our expectations. They are professional, extremely hard-working, careful, and delightful...even after 10 hours of work they were so pleasant and cheerful! We were most impressed by their honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. In moving a difficult, massive desk they accidentally put a tiny little scratch (less than an inch) in a wall. The team leader immediately called us in to look at it and discuss how we would like to handle it. They could have easily said nothing and we likely would never have noticed. They were so careful with our belongings. We give Two Men and a Truck an A++ rating and will continue to use them as needed in the future.

Moving crew was good and polite and move went well but noticed later that TV got a puncture at the top right corner and mentioned the same on the call but there is no follow up from anyone from the moving company

The men who did our move were excellent! They showed up on time and they worked extremely hard. The men were friendly and very presentable looking. The cost came right in line with the estimate. They did accidentally scratch our hardwood floor, but they quickly took a damage report and we expect to hear back soon from the company. I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again in the future!

For the most part my local move went well. However, the movers damaged a dining room table. They did not take the table apart or wrap the top in plastic. Also they did not cover the entrance with a cloth protector. As a result table was gouged. Two Men did send a furniture repairman. He suggested that the repair be completed at his workshop. Two Men removed the table, as it should have been done initially, and the repair was done to an excellent level. All the crews should be trained to wrap items and cover doorway entrances.

The movers did a great job. They were quick, efficient, and obviously experienced. We got fully moved into our new house with much less stress than doing it ourselves. We will definitely use you again.

Our experience with the movers was excellent! The guys were courteous the entire day and did an excellent job moving our things. We had them the entire day and their spirits were great the entire time.

Excellent experience. Jr and Jared were on time when I wasn’t and were patient in waiting on me to get back to the apartment. My concerns were noted during the move and they were very accommodating. Very fast, efficient, and friendly. Once I’m settled in my new setting, I will be definitely looking up the local franchise to help me move into my new place.
