The move was a very smooth process. The estimate was easy to understand. The men contacted me on the morning of the move and were very efficient and professional throughout the move. Everything was done well and quickly. Very happy! Highly recommend the Waterloo crew and CR schedulers!!

They did an excellent job arrived at the time said they would be at out address. They were careful with the furniture and covered everything that needed to be covered. Both gentlemen were very friendly and respectful. Asked questions if not sure about something.

We used 2 Men and a Truck (which for us was 5 men and 2 trucks;) for our move from Cedar Falls to Waverly on June 2. We were so very impressed with every part of working with this company and the young men who served us all day. The movers were positive, respectful, hard-working, careful, and efficient. Everyone who experienced them that day were impressed! We highly recommend this moving team!

Everyone was incredibly helpful. From Joshua helping with the quote and scheduling, to your office manager calling to go over details, to the moving crew, we were thoroughly impressed with everything. Our property was handled with skill and care, everyone was polite and friendly, and they worked hard! There were no slow-moving members of the team or attempts to draw out the process.
