This move happened at a very stressful time for me. My mom had to leave assisted living & move to long term care. Due to COVID 19 I wasn't allowed in to pack her things, others did it quite hastily. When I called to book the move I spoke with Deb, who was so kind & compassionate. She gets 10 stars. My moving crew also gets 10 stars. They made it fun, easy & stressfree! Thanks guys! Thanks Deb!

I have moved several times across states and also done local moves, 2 Men and A Truck is always my go-to company because from beginning to end the move is made less stressful for me. The staff are always professional and go beyond the required care to make sure my things arrive in tact and at the allotted time given...my most recent move was no different! The movers were OUTSTANDING!!!!

Two Men and a Truck are totally professional and really do care about your experience. They communicate well and stated more than once they were here to help us. They definitely went the "extra mile" and made this a positive experience. They worked hard from start to finish. The office staff is always friendly and responsive and also is willing to be flexible and helpful.

My move one person seemed like he walked slower then a turtle! The other who said he is the GM of the Waterloo office Just talked to me about the move, trying to justify how much time it took and at the same time telling me he had that kid with him because, OTHER WORKERS have been complaining, I was told no more room on truck, was told I should have asked him, not trusted what the kid said!

Your services were very professional and prompt at a reasonable price. As a customer, who could ask for more? I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Our team did a great job of moving us! They worked hard all day and were very friendly! Everything we asked of them they did without hesitation. They made sure that all of our possessions made it to our new home without damage. Thanks!

I left 2 messages & never heard back. Finally got through to make appt. Contract was emailed with incorrect addresses in both to & from. Emailed back within minutes with no response & waited 3 days. Had to call again.
Very poor office customer service. Good thing Cortez & Scott were amazing & extremely nice!!!!

Entire process from initial estimate, contract review, scheduling, move day communication, loading, transport, unloading and invoice payment was efficient and effectively executed. The moving crew did a great job and were careful to place everything in its location in our new home. I especially appreciate their ability to negotiate the stairway with heavy bulky furniture. Job well done by all!
