Had used 2Men & a Truck in Ohio. Guys were very pleasant and worked hard. Elevator at new place was not a service elevator, so the move-in took much longer than expected but tired as they were, the guys were as pleasant as can be expected under the circumstances. My step stool got lost, but after a few calls, they brought a new one out to me. I’d definitely use them again; however, I pray this was my last move on earth!

Our experience was horrible. We were told the movers could take apart beds and put them back together. After the mover spent way too much time trying to take a bed apart (even asking my wife if she knew how it came apart), I decided to put them back together. My desk was put in my office in one piece when I bought it, but came out in multiple pieces as the mover broke part of it. They complained about not having a big enough truck. They complained about the time it was taking them. At the new house, they refused to try to take a hutch downstairs in a manner I suggested. The mover swore at me, told me how smart he was and it would never go down the stairs. After they left with me not satisfied, the next day a different crew moved the hutch down in a minutes. Desk is damaged though.

Missed quoted me by several hundred dollars. The movers were so so slow!!!! They ripped my brand new king size mattress . I emailed the office with photos and I still haven’t heard from Danielle.

Moving time was over double of what was quoted. Originally quoted for 6.75 hours. Movers were here for over 12 hours and there were additional loads that we had to get ourselves. I asked if someone needed to come out to visually see items needing moved and the answer was no... In addition, one of the movers cut themselves and ended up bleeding on our new carpet and floors. Recommend using better protective personnel equipment.

The guys were very polite and professional. They took care of my belongings carefully and followed instructions very well.

Kris, Ryan and Dale did an awesome job. They were courteous, friendly and hard working. Amazed with the fact that they were able to complete the job in the time frame they did. We are so pleased with the work they did, I have recommended you to numerous individuals already. Hopefully I will not move again, but if I do rest assured I will contact 2 Men and a Truck.
Thanks again for the service you provide. Definitely an asset to the Quad Cities.

Matt and Keegan were awesome! This was my first time using a moving company and I was so comfortable with them. They were friendly and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your service.

The movers were great. They took the time to care for our stuff and even came in under what they estimated. If we ever need to move again I would call them first. Two men and a truck were always easy to get ahold of. I tried to get quotes from other companies in the QC but they never would get back to me. That was a big reason as to why I went with two men and a truck

The day of the move, the truck was having problems so they were late. I understand things break down but I waited over an hour without a call. I had to call you guys which kept sending me to a different location(because the phone line was busy). So I was very irritated. After I spoke with the nice lady at the other location she handed it perfectly. Daniel finally called and said she forgot to call me to let me know. Smh. After that the movers were quick and professional. But the start was not.
