We had a large move. Our household goods completely filled a truck plus a trailer. Our move was from Iowa to Tennessee. The packing team did an excellent job boxing all of my many dishes. They all arrived safe and sound! The moving team was very courteous, professional, as well as friendly. They were very conscientious with all of our belongings - taking care not to scratch our furnishings as well as the home we were leaving. We did have a slight mishap at our new home. One of the dollies' rubber tires left a black tred mark on the bedroom carpet. A damage report was completed. I 'm hoping to be contacted by a local carpet cleaning company soon to resolve the issue. I definitely will highly recommend Two Men and A Truck to my family and friends. They made our move easy! Thankyou

They damaged two dressers, did not put my bed back together correctly, did not correctly re-attach front door

I don’t like turning furniture upside down to hall! All drawers a MESS. Broke part the wood on 100 year old cedar chest.

All was great until we noticed damage to the side of a refrigerator that is less than 2 years old. Still waiting to hear back from the manager.

The guys were very nice and well mannered. However, don't have any means of measuring item or openings. Wasted time trying to fit items through door scratching, denting, and tearing floor. Put in damage report stating only scratching the floor. Office seemed they we're getting right on the problem and later stating it was turned over to insurance and they would be contacting me in a day or 2. It's been 5 days now.

Lead mover had issues with incorrect inventory communicated from office
Lead mover did not have knowledge to load truck efficiently and had to leave items behind
Lead mover did not have effective time management
Lead mover used shrink wrap to protect furniture and when questioned stated they cannot protect everything
Damage occurred to several items due to movers sliding furniture on its top or spinning on corners
Manager of store working to resolve damaged items and took the time to listen to concerns

The movers were great. We had a small damage claim but they handled it professionally and were amazing to work with. I would definitely hire this crew again!

I am so very frustrated with the whole experience- first on the day of the move the loaders stated that they were dragging from the previous day's move. It evidently was very large and then they had to move two pianos in addition. So what was to be done at 4:30 took until after 7 pm and we were charged for extra hours. Only one mover, Que was actively trying to get the work done. The leader, Was on the phone with his wife most of the day and the other guy, Did most of the heavy lifting. Then the truck was leaking, and our sleep by number bed was soaked. They did call after they were informed and stated they would have the mattress professionally cleaned. That experience was terrible too as now they lost the legs/rollers to the beds and we still can't use it. No offer to check with cleaner

Overall, our furniture was cared for. However, three boxes were dropped and we found damaged items: three glas trays and a wooden vase. We saw when the boxes were dropped. I think the crew was tired and they missed that the load on the hand truck was not stable. If that accident would not have caused damage, I would have rated the service excellent in all areas. /R Al

I hired to move tennant out of property. Wasn't there until the y were done. When I went back to the property, noticed torn wallpaper in stairway and black marks on the ceiling going down the stairs. This property is going to be sold and I wasn't planning on haveing to repair walls.
