I am glad you contacted us for feedback. My husband and I were going to write a separate letter but this saves me time.
We wanted to tell you how absolutely wonderful Freddy, Kyle, Drek and Jermey were during the move! They did an excellent job safely wrapping and moving all of our furniture and were very professional and polite. They even had considerable patience when having to disassemble a treadmill to get it downstairs.
Please forward this to their supervisors to let him/her know how absolutely thrilled we were with the initial proposal process, the scheduling and the actual move! I worked with Sara on the front end and she was also wonderful.

We could not have done this move without your services. I was so impressed with how professional and courteous the movers were. We had horrible cold, snowy weather to contend with, but they managed to do it all with no issues. They were very careful with our things and moved them efficiently and in a timely manner, as we were under a deadline to move out of our former residence. I was really impressed with the check ins from the office and management, making sure everything was going smoothly. Moving is a very stressful time, and this made the stress so much more bearable. I thought your service was affordable and certainly the best money Iandacirc;??ve ever spent. I hope to never move again, but I know who to call if I do. Thanks again!

I will say this company is all about customer service. The movers were personable. A supervisor stopped by to make sure I was happy, I got a call mid move asking if things are going well, and a call afterwards asking how things in the move went.
