Overall, the movers were professional, courteous and respectful of my properties.
However, they over charge me with hours spent. But the office cut the error and promised to make the necessary adjustments. That is a class act!

Nihad and Vy, were excellent, on time,took care to protect our items,were kind, personable, explained things well. They made a stressful time, more tolerable, they worked so hard & we’re always pleasant. I hope I never have to move again, but if I did I would want them to help us! These two men are definitely an asset to your company, I hope you take care of them, as well, as the took care of my husband and me,.. the work for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK IN THE URBANDALE, IOWA OFFICE!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Movers did a great job, and were very professional. We had a large, heavy glass table approximately 500lbs. they moved it with no hassles and no damage. Would use them again.

They do work with their customers when making a phone call for an earlier available time that "just opened up". Worked well w/the possibility I'd not reach destination before they left, but I was able to arrive at the same time they did.
