This was the first time I have used a moving service so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Because we were in a high rise condo downtown, I wanted a professional to deal with the logistic issues that type of move presented. The team that showed up that day was familiar with my building, loading dock, elevator usage and rules. They were friendly, enthusiastic, capable and competent! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and will not hesitate to use your company again.

Absolutely the best experience. The guys were extremely nice and friendly. They finished the job efficiently and there was no damage to any of the moved property or the houses.

When I called to set this up the original gal got all the info, told me to look over the list but that I didn’t need to do anything else unless something was missing. I did overlook the list noticed sofa was missing so I did call. Turns out I was not even on the schedule that it was just an estimate so I was suppose to confirm. Miscommunication on your end BUT the gal I was then talking w worked to get me put in on the day and time I was originally told. It all worked out but thankfully I made the call back or I’d have been left waiting

Tevin W, Steven L, an Ryan K were a great team !! more than prompt, immediately went to work, polite, fun, and got the job done quickly. They even knew about a street road repair and didn't take that way to the storage unit. GREAT JOB !! really helped my anxiety of the move.

CJ, Latavian, and TK were GREAT!!! They VERY PATIENTLY moved my piano down a flight of steps - even needing to remove a railing - without leaving even the SMALLEST scratch on either my piano or railing!!! During their entire visit - I VERY MUCH appreciated how carefully and quickly they worked!!! Also - they VERY HELPFULLY advised me on how to lock and take care of my storage unit. All THREE MEN AND A TRUCK were the BEST EVER movers!!! CJ, Latavian, and TK - THANK U SO VERY MUCH!!!

Thank you so much! The team arrived just when you said they would. They were friendly and efficient. Moving yourself and two kids out of a house all by yourself is daunting - your movers made this bearable for me. They paid attention and even gave me suggestions that helped get the furniture in the right place at our new place. I couldn't be more pleased!
