We recently moved across town to a larger home. We have a TON of furniture and LOTS of toys! Our 2 story home required lots of stair climbing. Gerald, DeSean, and DeJheon were PHENOMENAL! They were professional, yet personable, and they worked tirelessly the ENTIRE time. They even RAN back and forth to the truck from time to time. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone!

I want to commend your team of Latavion, Calvin & Brooks. All three were very hard workers. I had some very heavy furniture to move down stairs. I was impressed by their efficiency & urgency with my move. All the while being safe & having fun with their job. I would definitely request their services again.

I was very pleased with the entire process - from Jeanne in the office to the professional movers who showed up on time and took the care with moving as if they were handling their own possessions. In addition, there were no surprise "add-ons" and the quoted price was the final price. All in all having TWO MEN allowed everything to go very smoothly.

Great experience! Our belongings were treated carefully, and our team, led by TJ, was extremely hard working, polite and accommodating to our requests. TJ is clearly an intelligent man - a quick study, able to remember a myriad of details and solve complex packing challenges. From a customer perspective, he seems to be a respected boss who manages time and employees well; he's management material!

Everything about the move went extremely well. I had to change the date and destination and the office staff handled my calls perfectly. On the day of our move we changed plans and destination and the crew did a fabulous job being patient with us while we worked everything out. The men that moved my things worked quickly and were very polite. If I ever have to move again I want the same moving team. They were personable, polite, and did everything I asked.
There was confusion on the boxes I ordered and I did not end up getting them.

We are very happy with all the crews we have used with this business. They are dedicated, hardworking, very careful, and eager to please.

We just had one issue and that was that they went to the wrong address. Dispatch apparently gave them the wrong address, as they called us to ask for directions. That made for a delay in getting to our house, resulting in more cost to us per hour tabulated.

The team and dispatchers communicated well, were prompt, courteous and customer oriented while providing the moving services. The dispatcher contacted me after the team left, to check that the service was completed. My belongings were delivered with care, set up as instructed and pads collected for process of return. I have used this service twice and both times found it excellent.
