I paid more this time for less stuff to move. Very questionable. I guess if you’re going to start charging me when you call and say you’re on the way from “where ever” is a way to sucker your customers for more money. Also having me wait all day without a time frame or update is not a very good way of doing business.

With my first phone call to ask about hiring the TMAAT, the office personnel I had contact with were very helpful with answering questions and scheduling my move. I appreciated the follow up call just before my date and the call I received the day following the move. The three men who came to the house were polite and professional, and they handled my furniture with care. I will use them again.

The whole moving process was great. From the over the phone quote, confirmation of move day/time, the guys efficiency & professionalism and great attitude to the final walk thru was a great experience. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to hire movers.
