I am completely satisfied with everyone from your company!! Every contact was pleasant, professional, helpful! The moving team had to drive from Ames but the clock started from the Urbandale site :) The movers Matt, Donnie, and T. J. were so friendly, remembered everything we told them, very careful of our belongings! They were so efficient it took half the time I expected!! Thank you so much!!

The two movers who helped me with my move were both excellent! Quick and efficient, my move was finished faster than I expected. I greatly appreciate all their hard work! They were very nice, courteous, and professional as well.

The movers were a bit slow at loading and unloading the truck. They started at 9am and didn't finish until 5pm. This was only a move within the same city. I also had an infant that needed have care so I thought they would work faster.
That aside one of my wall decor pieces was broken. It was one of a kind metal that was my Uncle's before he passed.

My interactions with the office were great. On moving day 2M&AT had staffing issues so we got half the help we needed. TJ & Demarcus were great, they worked hard & fast and were very friendly. But our move took a few hours longer than expected, which upset the family waiting to move into our former home. A 2nd truck showed up later, those guys were also great. Amazing staff, tough situation.
