The experience was great. The only complaint I have is that we were given a 1 to 4 pm slot and the movers came at 5 PM. No one from the office called me and I had to call 3 times to get updates on when the movers would show up. Once they came everything was very smooth.

The personnel was very kind and concerned with all aspects of the moving of my furniture. They took the time to explain and worked very quickly in getting things done. Overall I was very satisfied with the service received for my move. It was an office move with many large and heavy filing cabinets and other furniture and I was very impressed with the care that used when moving such large items. It was also impressive to see only two men safely handle all of that furniture. My only complaint is that the movers arrived outside of my scheduled time block. I called right at the end of the time block to make sure they were still scheduled to come, I was greeted with understanding and an apology at the lateness of the arrival of the movers. Other than that, it was all great!

Service was great but I felt equipment was inadequate. Larger dollies (4 wheel type) for long corridor hauls would be much more efficient as would have wheeled flat trolleys for furniture
