Professional!! Knew exactly how to move my large dress to the second floor. It wasn’t easy but they assured me it was a piece of cake. They even helped me put the stair railing back on (I had removed it to make it easier for them). I give them more than an excellent rating! A+++++++ amazing service from this team!

THE TRUCK ARRIVED PROMPTLY, TOOK GREAT CARE IN MOVING THE PIANO NEXT DOOR. ONE FELLOW LOADED BOXES WHILE TWO OTHERS WORKING FROM THE DOWNSTAIRS. ALL ARRIVED SAFELY AT THE NEW LOCATION. IT WAS A DIFFICULT LAYOUT FOR THE MOVERS HAVING TO MOVE TO THE ELEVATOR AND THEN ONE PERSON BRINGING TO THE ROOM. THIS SEEMED TO TAKE EXTRA TIME NOT COUNTED ON.
ONCE WAS APPROACHED ABOUT THEM TAKING A BREAK TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT, SOMEONE NOT HAVING HAD BREAKFAST. I DID NOT THINK IT WAS RIGHT TO PAY FOR THEIR BREAK. THIS WAS NOT DONE, I HAD WATER, PASTRIES AND SANDWICHES, COOKIES FOR THEM.

They guys were good. They had a good sense of humor and got the job done quickly. The only complaint was that we had only some small issues that weren’t addressed timely and took a couple more calls to the office than it should have to resolve.

The 3 guys in truck 24, were very professional and knew how to move a house’s contents correctly. They were very courteous and made sure everything was going smoothly. No damage to anything while making sure things were placed back to where we wanted them.
Thank you for sending such a great team to move our home.

Our moving team was top-notch! They went above and beyond during our move. We also received amazing service and support when our new home wasn't ready for us when it was supposed to be. Everyone, from our moving team to their supervisor and the office staff, did what they could to help us and keep our move on time and budget. That took so much of the stress off of us! Thanks everyone, for a job well done!

The office team did not properly problem solve with me. They could have asked more questions. One of the kilns needed to have some door trim removed and the guys were not adept at doing that and it actually added 1 1/2 hours to my move. One of the kilns are not firing correctly and not sure yet if they have been damaged. I am looking for a correction in what I paid.

The lead mover was excellent, and was very helpful. The other 2 men were moving extremely slow during the entire move and easily distracted or standing around having a conversation. I moved the majority of our house the previous weekend, and only had the large furniture to move on Thursday. I feel the entire move should have been completed in half the time. I did not complain about the slowness, but the lead mover apologized to me at least 2 times about them.

We can't thank your business enough for helping to make our move as easy as it could be. We had 5 guys show up the morning of the move, each one introducing themselves, doing a walk-through of the space, and working quickly (but carefully) and efficiently! We appreciate that they didn't swear at all, were extremely friendly, and listened the instructions we had for our belongings. Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was very positive and we will definitely recommend your business to others in the future. Thanks again for employing quality people and helping to make our move easier!
