Very professional from beginning to end. Extremely thorough and followed through just as was promised with no surprises. The moving team was efficient and took excellent care of all the items moved. Matt and Alex were a good team. They were very flexible in taking my suggestions on which rooms/pieces I wanted them to move first, so we could keep working on the non-furniture portion of our move. They were very polite to my elderly mother.
