We had two pieces of furniture damaged. One was our piano. I had considered using a piano mover and am sorry I did not. You need to invest in piano dollies, strength is not enough. Your process of taking care of damaged furniture is excellent. But when you picked up the piano to take to the furniture restorer, the dolly used was tiny. It will be real effort to get the piano back in tune. And I am not confident the piano can be returned in good order because of the lack of good sized piano dollies. The other piece was damaged because weight was piled on the round wood coffee table and a leg could not take it. We also had the corner of an Ikea platform headboard damaged but we did not turn that in because it is not real wood, not sure how restorer could handle.

The movers were very personable and did a good for the most part, however, there was one mishap. The marble top from one of my stands was broken into two pieces. The company responded immediately and took the top to be repaired.

My rating is high, but here are my concerns. The price is too high, as I am a single mom and spent $1,300 to move 30 minutes away and had moved 95% of boxes and lighter furniture to my garage for easy and quick access to the truck. That $1,300 is a whole paycheck for me. But I can't do it by myself and one daughter who chronic back problems, so I had to hire a team.

My second concern is the use of environmentally toxic plastic. Way too much plastic was used to wrap my shelving units, etc. I would much rather prefer reusable materials that just go back to the company. One wrap on a shelving unit actually broke a lamp shade and I had to toss it out.

I had better experience the first time I used two men and a truck. This time was ok and the ripped a good sized hole in my son’s mattress that was brand new in December. Not happy about that at all.

The two men were very friendly. We hired the service to take care of the big items. A chunk of the wood on the bunk bed was broken off. The spring on the treadmill was broken then they said they couldn’t move it because it was a liability. They also forgot to pack the patio table that was to be included.

I had broken my ankle so my kids handled the move. They thought your guys did a great job. Said they came in checked everything out and kept moving. Thanks for your help!

Other than damaging some property the overall experience was good/average.

These guys moved my entire apartment in about 2 hours total. That is alot less than the 6 hour estimate. Also they have their own trucks so I didn't have to go through the inconvenience of renting my own truck.

Very dissatisfied! Movers took twice as long as as the company I had used just two months prior costing me big money with fewer items to move. Noticed considerable scuffs, scrapes and damage to multiple pieces that I know very well were not there before the move. Very unsatisfied!!! One and done with two men and a truck.
