After letting your office know about a damaged piece of furniture, they offered to pick it up and repair it for free, so I was very impressed with that.

The total experience was excellent from initial call to the actual move. The moving team was efficient, polite, and quite helpful with suggestions for the process that proved to be better than what I offered. There were a few damage issues, but I was assured they would be corrected quickly. I've never seen a harder working team; also very helpful to move furniture around to suit us.
