This was my second time using Two Men and A Truck. I originally got an estimate for another moving service based on a review, but they estimated MUCH higher hours and more equipment. So of course, I came back to you and filled out the online assessment, had WONDERFUL customer service, and booked right then and there. The guys that came were professional, courteous, and even laughed at my dumb jokes. You have a customer for life!

The men were SLOW! I moved 2 1/2 years ago and the service was fast and I had less this time and the move cost me more and was super slow. Granted it was hot last week, but I will have to think about when I move again using this service. They moved NO boxes or misc. at all, all big furniture (under 20 items) pieces and there were 3 of them. The older man was extremely tired and the steps were very hard on him. (I moved from a 3 story to a 2 story) and the other two younger men were ok. One was new and it was evident because he had to be directed to keep focused on what they other two were moving at the time. I would have thought with 3 helpers the move would have taken less time.
Went to lite the grill last night (I have a big WEBER) and the starter is broke/insides all shuffledup

Our movers were fantastic. They moved my mother’s lift chair, so that involved taking it apart and reassembling at her new place. The head mover in the crew was unfamiliar with her particular Cadillac-level deluxe chair, but he still knew EXACTLY what to do. He even took the time to adjust the placement of her chair so that it was far enough away from the walls to fully recline. Now THAT is great customer service!

They were early. Got right to work. Very hard workers and very careful with my furniture

My team was amazing. We needed to be out of my house in about 3 hours and they worked so hard and were just fabulous. The took great care with everything and were so helpful. I couldn't have done it without them.
